THE INEQUALITY X^2-14X>15 IS EQUIVALENT TO:

B. -1< X <15
C, 3< X <5
D. X< -1 OR X >15
E. X< 3 OR X >5
I believe this is setup like x^2-14x >15= x^-14x-15 >0. then (x+1)(x-15)>0= x+1 >0 & x-15 >0. This is where I get confused after this point. I think the ans is B. because according to the two outcomes, you know w/ x+1 has to be greater than 0, which -1 isn't greater than 0. Also w/ x-15 has to be greater than 0 as well (i'm confused here)
