Where are you having problems?
Distribute the 4 and -2.
4%281-x%29%2B3x=-2%28x%2B1%29
%284-4x%29%2B3x=%28-2x-2%29
4-4x%2B3x=-2x-2
4-x=-2x-2
Now move all of the x terms on one side, all the constants on the other, and solve for x.
