-3b%3C=8-2 Subtract 2 from both sides.


-3b%3C=6 Combine like terms on the right side.


b%3E=%286%29%2F%28-3%29 Divide both sides by -3 to isolate b. note: Remember, the inequality sign flips when we divide both sides by a negative number.


b%3E=-2 Reduce.
