Question 303843: How do you Determine if the boundary line of an inequality is part of the solution by just looking at the inequality sign? I understand the difference between the dahsed line and the solid line concept but I get hung up when it comes to answering the part of the boundry concept.

if "or equal to" is part of the inequality, then the boundary is included in the solution
