Question 28848: Angelica is a sales representive for an appliance distributor. She needs to make at least $5000 in weekly sales of a particular TV model to quailfy for a sales competition to win a trip to the Bahamas. If the TV's sell for $250 each, how many TVs will she have to sell to qualify?

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
You read the problem and say Angelica has to make $5000 in weekly sales to qualify for the trip. Then the t.v's sell for $250 each. We need to find out how many t.v's she needs to sell so that will be x.
$250x=$5000
Divide $250 on both sides. you get x = 20
Angelica needs to sell 20 t.v's weekly to qualify for trip.
Hope this helps.
