You can put this solution on YOUR website!
2(x-1)+3=x-3(x+1)what is x?
-----
2x-2+3 = x - 3x -3

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
here is the original problem
(i) 2%28x-1%29%2B3=x-3%28x%2B1%29
step 1 - distribute to get
(ii) 2x+-+2+%2B+3+=+x+-+3x++-+3
step 2 - simplify the left and right to get
(iii) 2x+%2B+1+=+-2x+-+3
step 3 - add 2x to both sides to get
(iv) 4x+%2B+1+=+-3
step 4 - subtract 1 to get
(v) 4x+=+-4
divide by 4 to get
(vi) +x+=+-1
