Since each cookie has 9 grams of fat, four cookies would contain 4*9 = 36 grams of fat. Also nine cookies has 7*9 = 63 grams of fat.
So the number of grams consumed will be at least 36 and no more than 63. If G is the number of grams consumed then:
36<= G <= 63
