abs%28x+%2B+10%29+%3E=+20 means x+%2B+10+%3E=+20 or +-+%28+x+%2B+10+%29+%3E=+20+

So:

x+%2B+10+%3E=+20

x+%3E=+10

or

-x+-10+%3E=+20

-x+%3E=+30

x+%3C=+-30 (Note change of sense when multiplying by negative)
