You can put this solution on YOUR website!
%28%281-x%29%2F5%29%2B+%28%28x%2B5%29%2F3%29+%3E=+3%2F5
multiply both sides by 15
3%2A%281+-+x%29+%2B+5%2A%285+%2B+x%29+%3E=+9
3+-+3x+%2B+25+%2B+5x+%3E=+9
2x+%2B+28+%3E=+9
2x+%3E=+-19
x+%3E=+-19%2F2
I'll test this by making x+=+-9.49 (slightly greater than -19%2F2)
%28%281-x%29%2F5%29%2B+%28%28x%2B5%29%2F3%29+%3E=+3%2F5
%28%281+-+%28-9.49%29%29%2F5%29+%2B+%28%285+-+9.49%29+%2F+3%29+%3E=+.6
%2810.49+%2F+5%29+%2B+%28-4.49+%2F+3%29+%3E=+.6
2.098+-+1.497+%3E=+.6
.6013+%3E=+.6
OK

Multiply thru by 15 to get:
3(1-x) + 5(x+5) >= 3*3
3-3x+5x+25 >= 9
2x+28 >= 9
2x >= -19
x >= -9.5
