(-1/2)z + (1/5) < (1/2)z - (4/5)
-z < -1
z > 1
Interval notation: (1,+inf)
Graph: Draw a number line; label a point "1"
Draw an open circle around that point.
Draw an arrow extending to the right from that circle.
That is the graph of the solution.
