That is right; but your conclusion about what the solution set is not right. Check again to see how you got that conclusion.

x=0 is not allowed.
The numerator, being a binomial squared, is always 0 or positive.
With x being the denominator, the expression is positive (or 0) whenever x is positive and negative when x is negative.
