You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Think logically about the inequality statement.

Absolute value of the expression is greater than the shown negative number.
Now, does that make sense? Is true or false?

The distance between two numbers IS GREATER THAN the stated negative value.
How about now? Does this make sense? Is it true or false?

Understand very carefully: Absolute value is always either zero or positive.

    This writing is

    a) WRONG
    b) FALSE
    c) NONSENSE

    at the same time.

    |x-7| is ALWAYS GREAT than OR EQUAL to zero: |x-7| >= 0 ALWAYS.

    NOBODY and NEVER writes "If |w-7| > -3, then . . . " .

    Because |w-7| is ALWAYS positive.

Since your first words are nonsense, there is no sense to discuss further your writing.
