Question 899569: Hi,
I'm a French math teacher and I've to train some students for their final exam. They've to solve in English some word problems.
I've got some examples of problems that have been given previous years : http://www.pedagogie.ac-nantes.fr/servlet/com.univ.collaboratif.utils.LectureFichiergw?CODE_FICHIER=1340893222720&ID_FICHE=183524 .
I've found on the internet some small word problems but there are often one or two questions. So I'm looking for "richer" word problems.
Does anyone know a website or an online book with this kind of content?
Problems often talk about sequences (arithmetic & geometric), exponential and logarithm functions, probabilities and statistic, optimisation.
Thanks in advance.
