2xJ'sAge + 14...6-.....Bah..I haven't the common knowledge of this..I feel like this should be very easy but yeah, what I wrote is my guess, and a bad one at that..

14 more means add 14
two times means two times
6 less means subtract 6
three times means three times
is the same as means equals
The key to word problems is converting normal language to algebra.
