I assume you meant +4-+x%2F%28x-2%29=+-2%2F%28x-2%29
If you meant +%284-+x%29%2F%28x-2%29=+-2%2F%28x-2%29, then use the same logic as shown below, get the answer x=6.

+4-+x%2F%28x-2%29=+-2%2F%28x-2%29 You need to get a common denominator. Two terms are already over (x-2), so use that
4%2A%28%28x-2%29%2F%28x-2%29%29+-+x%2F%28x-2%29=+-2%2F%28x-2%29
+%284x-8+-x%29%2F%28x-2%29+=+-2%2F%28x-2%29 note that in order for the terms in this equation to be real, x cannot equal 2. If x=2, then the denominator is undefined
3x-8+=+-2
3x+=+6
x+=+2
But we know from above that x=2 makes the equation undefined. So, there are not values of x that satisfy this equation.
