if the basic salary is x; his/her total salary would be
x + x*10% = T where T is the total salary for a month.
given T = 2000
x + x*10% = 2000 => x + 0.1x = 2000
==> 1.1X = 2000 ==> x = 2000/1.1 = 1818.18
