Let x represent the amount needed to be scheduled

 6hrs (12) = 72 Interview per day

20% of those called in to be interviewed are unable to keep the appointments that were scheduled

To fill time slots:

 .80x = 72

    x = 90/day need to be scheduled to keep interview slots full
