This is what I have so far, indeterminite form which can't be graphed, or can it?

The value of L[x:I,(log^1)/(7(x+2)] is (log^1)/(7(I+2).

Question 211199: Ok, hello how are you doing today? I am not sure what this question qualifies as under your drop down bar, but I am in college algebra and very stuck on this question. The quesion is about tangent lines and the problem is beneath this statement.
Write the equation of lines that are tangent to the circle x^2+y^2-6x+2y-16=0 when x=2.

I'm not sure how to evaluate the equation for the values it's asking for. Where do I start? I know how to plot all the points of the graph, I just don't know how to get the correct numbers with the problem below. Please help!

Question 212735: Hi there. I need to see if I am on the right track. I need to graph the following y = -2 abs(x+1)-4. I need to construc a sequence of five graphs to get from one to another.
I am setting up my 5 graphs as follows: (1) y = abs(x) (2) y = abs(x+1)
(3) y = -2 abs (x+1) (4) y = 2 abs (x+1) and (5) y = -2 abs (x+1)-4.
Am I on the right track with the above equations?
