You can put this solution on YOUR website!
The graph y=sqrt%28x%29 looks like this

+graph%28+500%2C+500%2C+-10%2C+10%2C+-10%2C+10%2C+sqrt%28x%29%29+ Graph of y=sqrt%28x%29

So if you negate the x to get y=sqrt%28-x%29 it flips the graph

+graph%28+500%2C+500%2C+-10%2C+10%2C+-10%2C+10%2C+sqrt%28-x%29%29+ Graph of y=sqrt%28-x%29

Now when you add 5 to -x you get y=sqrt%285-x%29 which shifts the graph 5 units to the right

+graph%28+500%2C+500%2C+-10%2C+10%2C+-10%2C+10%2C+sqrt%285-x%29%29+ Graph of y=sqrt%285-x%29

y = sqrt5-x
This is a linear equation and sqrt(5)is a constant= 2.2 or thereabouts.
get 2 points like in any other linear graph and draw a straight line between them.
when x=0 y=2.2 (0,2.2)
when x=-5 y=2.2+5=7.2 (-5,-2.8)
try a couple yourself.
