Write it in slope-intercept form
2y greater than -3x+10
y is greater than (-3/2)x+5
This is a dashed line (not solid, despite the graph below), because it is greater than and not greater than or equal to.
Now, use (0,0) to see which area gets shaded.
0 is greater than 10, so this doesn't work. Shade the area that does NOT include the origin.
