You can put this solution on YOUR website!

the intercepts to graph the equation:
9x-3y=-9....first simplify, both sides divide by 3
9x%2F3-3y%2F3=-9%2F3
3x-y=-3

set y=0 to find x-intercept
3x-0=-3
3x=-3
x=-3%2F3
x=-1
x-intercept is at point (-1,0)

set x=0 to find y-intercept
3%2A0-y=-3
0-y=-3....both sides multiply by -1
-y%28-1%29=-3%28-1%29
y=3
y-intercept is at point (0,3)
