You can put this solution on YOUR website!
With a horizontal line, the y-co-ordinate never
changes no matter what +x+ is.
So, although you are given the point ( -7,-2 ),
in fact this line goes through ( x, -2 ) no matter
what you plug in for +x+.
The slope for a horizontal line is zero, so in the
slope-intercept form, +y+=+m%2Ax+%2B+b+, +m+=+0+
so you have:
+y+=+0%2Ax+%2B+b+
+y+=+b+
+y+ = the y-intercept which is ( 0,-2 )
( because +x+ can take any value, including +x=0+ )
So, +y+=+-2+ is the answer
