Distance formula = square root of (x2 - x1)^2 + (y2 - y1)^2
Using (-3,1) and (9,6)
Square root of (9-(-3))^2 + (6 - 1)^2
Square root of (12)^2 + (5)^2
Square root of 144 + 25
Square root of 169
= 13
