This again, just worded differently? Think where y is found in relation to the x-axis. y=0 everywhere on the x-axis.

When you say, "y>0", WHERE does this come from? What information is missing from the question? If no other conditions are part of this, then think how y=0 and y>0 are different!! Positive values for the vertical axis are upward above the horizontal axis. Negative values for the vertical axis are downward below the horizontal axis.
