The first equation is a horizontal line 1 unit above the x axis. For any point x, the value of y=1 Points would be(0,1),(1,1),(2,1)...
The second equation is diagonal through the origin, intersecting the first at (1,1). Other points (0,0),(2,2),(3,3),...
