3x-2y=12

first write the equation in terms of y
y = x-8/2
y = 3x-12/2

From the graph we can see that x = 2 and y = -3
Check :
x-2y=8
pluggin the value of x = 2 and y = -3 in the above equation we have,

2 - 2(-3) = 8
2 +6 = 8
8 = 8
LHS =RHS
Hence the solution
