which is y=-3-x
Plot two points and draw a dashed line thru them:

2nd: Pick a test point to see where the graph of the INEQUALITY
lies. For example pick (0,0)
Test that in the inequality y>-3-x
You get 0 > -3-0
That is true so (0,0) is in the half-plane solution of the inequality.
Darken the half-plane above the line which contains the test point (0,0).
