Looks like it but to verify get the equation of the line using the endpoints.
m=%281-7%29%2F%286-%28-3%29%29=-6%2F9=-2%2F3
y-1=-%282%2F3%29%28x-6%29
3y-3=-2%28x-6%29
3y-3=-2x%2B12
2x%2B3y=15
Now you can check the middle point.
2%280%29%2B3%285%29=15
15=15
True, so they are collinear.
