Y ≤ 2X-1 

x  y = 2x-1

0  -1  y+=+0+-1

1   1  +y+=+2+-1

2   3  y+=+4+-+1

I. First graph the Line: P(0,-1) and P( 2, 3) on this Line.  Plot Points and connect with Line

II. Shade below (including the Line)
