You can put this solution on YOUR website!
your selections should be B, B, C.

selection B is for the equation which is:

f(x) = x + 2 when x <= -2
f(x) = 1 when x > -2.
the y-intercept of f(x) will be at 2 because that would be the value of y when x = 0.
that's why the equation is y = x + 2.
the general form is y = mx + b
the slope is m which is equal to 1.
the y-intercept of the equation is 2 even though the equation will never reach x = 0 because the equation stops at x = -2.

selection B is for the domain which is (-infinity,infinity)
there is no break at x = -2 because the first function takes you to -2 and the second function take you after x = -2.

Selection C is for the range which is (-infinity,0] union {1}
your range goes from - infinity and then stops at 0.
it then jumps to 1 and stays there.
you do not have any values of y between 0 and 1.
you do not have any values of y above 1.
