Unknowns on one side, knows on the other.
5%28p%2B2%29+-+2%28p+-1%29+%3E=+7p+%2B+4
5p%2B10-2p%2B2%3E=7p%2B4
3p%2B12%3E=7p%2B4
Subtract 7p%2B12 from both sides,
3p-7p%2B12-12%3E=7p-7p%2B4-12
-4p%3E=-8
Divide both sides by -2, remember the direction of the inequality flips when multiplying or dividing by a negative number.
