You can put this solution on YOUR website!
x-4y=8
4y=x-8
y=(x/4)-2
generate (x,y) values minimum two
when
x=4, y=-1 (4,-1)
x=0,y=-2 (0,-2)
x=8,y=0, (8,0)
plot the points and draw the line graph

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
x-4y=8 Find y
x-8=4y Divide by 4
x%2F4-2=y
So, since x is independent. We assume values for it.
Example:
x=-1, x=0, x=1;
If x=-1 just substitute it will give:
x%2F4-2=y
-1%2F4-2=y
-2%2A1%2F4=y
x=0; y=-2
x=1; y=-1%2A3%2F4
I don't know how to graph yet, but I believe you know how to graph just plot the points. :)
