More than one way to solve. You can choose point-slope form and use point (8,0).

y-0=%28%280-%28-8%29%29%2F%288-3%29%29%28x-8%29, which is simply substituting everything into the form;
y=%288%2F5%29%28x-8%29, which although simpler, is still in point-slope form.
