The intercept tells you the y value when x=0.
(0,5)
The slope tells you the change in y over the change in x.
In this case, when you move 3 units in x (to the right), you move -4 units in y or in other words you move 4 units down.
So another point starting from (0,5) would be (0+3,5-4)=(3,1).
