This line goes through the points (0,-2) and (2,0)

The slope of this line is

m = (y2 - y1)/(x2 - x1)

m = (0 - (-2))/(2 - 0)

m = 1

The y-intercept is (0,-2), so b = -2

y = mx + b

y = 1x + (-2)

y = x - 2

The boundary line is y = x - 2

This line is solid. So our inequality will be <= or >=

Because we're shading above the boundary line, we use >=

So the final answer is y >= x-2

Note: the symbol ">=" without quotes is the "greater than or equal to" symbol.
