You can put this solution on YOUR website! The graph of each equation is a straight line, so you need 2 points.

y=x+3
Pick 2 values for x and find y.
Plot the 2 points.
Draw a line thru them.

Do the same for the other equation.
----
The solution for the system is the intersection of the lines.
