Using the vertex form

y=a%28x-h%29%5E2%2Bk where a states the shape and direction, and (h,k) is the vertex,

The equation f%28x%29=3%28x%2B4%29%5E2 which also looks like f%28x%29=3%28x-%28-4%29%29%5E2%2B0, has a vertex at (-4,0). Also, since a>0, the graph opens up. So here's the graph to visually sum it up
