You can put this solution on YOUR website!
First make a number line with a point at 7.
number_line%28+600%2C+-10%2C+10%2C7%29

Now shade everything to the right of 7. Every point in this shaded region makes x%3E7. For instance, 10 is to the right of 7 (it is greater than 7) so it means 10%3E7 is true. However, since 7%3E7 is not true, you must not shade at 7. So this means there's an open circle at 7
