please graph this line:  m = -2/3, and line passes thru p(-2,-3)

Using point-slope form, y+-+y%5B1%5D+=+m%28x+-+x%5B1%5D%29

  y+3 = (-2/3)(x+2) 

 +y+%2B+9%2F3+=+%28-2%2F3%29x+-+4%2F3

0r y+=+%28-2%2F3%29x+-+13%2F3    p(0,-13/3) also  on this line

Plot  p(-2,-3) and  p(0,-13/3) and connect with a line : 2x + 3y = -13 (standard form)
