The function is finally graphed after the following transformations are applied to the graph, the graph is shifted right 3 units, stretched by a factor of 3, shifted vertically down 2 units and finally reflected across the x-axis.
I tried doing it but I just can't figure it out this is part of review for my exam and I can't practice this problem because I just dont get it.

That is p is a function of x.
You the would have the function changed according to :

|the graph is shifted right 3 units|
y=p%28x-3%29

|stretched by a factor of 3,|

Not exactly sure how you mean, but probably is----
y=%281%2F3%29p%28x-3%29

shifted vertically down 2 units|

y=%281%2F3%29p%28x-3%29-2

|and finally reflected across the x-axis. |
