If you solved the 1st equation for y, you would get:
4x%2B4y=4
4y=4-4x Subtract 4x from both sides
y=1-x Divide both sides by 4
Do the same for the 2nd equation
x%2By=1
y=1-x Subtract x from both sides
Since they are the same equation, they will have an infinite number of solutions. Here's the graph:
