No matter where a point is on this line,
it always sees +y+=+8+ because it is
horizontal. At the given point. it sees
+y+=+8+ and +x+=+5+.

But if +x+=+1049137+, or any other number,
+y+=+8+ still.
So the equation for this line is +y+=+8+
