Pick some x-values that will help you. The best ones are
x = 0
x = +1
x = -1
Then compute the y-value that goes with each x-value
In this case,
x = 0, y = -15
x = +1, y = 70
x = -1, y = 44
The y-intercept is -15 as you can see
To find the x-intercept, make y=0 and find x
with the quadratic formula
