You can put this solution on YOUR website!

first graph y%3E-2x+%2B4 as y=-2x+%2B4
find two points and draw a dashed line through because you have an inequality ">" and the points on a line are excluded from a solution
two points:
y=-2x+%2B4..set x=0, solve for y
y=-2%2A0+%2B4
y=4.....y-intercept is at (0,4)

y=-2x+%2B4..set y=0, solve for x
0=-2x%2B4
2x=4
x=2.....x-intercept is at (2,0)
now plot points, draw dashed line, and shade all above the line
