You can put this solution on YOUR website! y=-(x+7)squared+5

Same as any graph.
Pick values for x and find y.
Plot the points (as many as you like).
Draw a curve thru them.

You can use Excel to do the calculations.
eg
x = 0, y = 44 --> (0,44)
x = -7, y = 5 --> (-7,5)
