I ASSUME YOU ARE SAYING THAT THE Y INTERCEPT IS (0,3) BUT YOU GIVE NO VALUE FOR THE SLOPE?
IF THAT'S ALL YOU HAVE THEN THE LINE IS A HORIZONTAL LINE THROUGH Y=3
