You can put this solution on YOUR website! I ASSUME YOU ARE SAYING THAT THE Y INTERCEPT IS (0,3) BUT YOU GIVE NO VALUE FOR THE SLOPE?
IF THAT'S ALL YOU HAVE THEN THE LINE IS A HORIZONTAL LINE THROUGH Y=3 (graph 300x200 pixels, x from -6 to 5, y from -10 to 10, y = 3).
