Hi,
-3y ≥ 6x - 3
y ≤ -3x + 1
1st graph y = -3x + 1
(0,1) and (1,-2) on this line, plot pts, connect with a line
2nd
Shaded area 'BELOW' (and including the line) is the graph of y ≤ -3x + 1
will let you do that shading
