easiest way is to find x-intercept and x-intercept
to find x-intercept, set y=0 and solve for x:
+0+=+3x+%2B+2

+-2=+3x
+x=-2%2F3.....x-intercept is at (-2%2F3,0)

to find y-intercept, set x=0 and solve for y:
+y+=+3%2A0+%2B+2

+y=+2.....y-intercept is at (0,2)
plot the points (-2%2F3,0) and (0,2) then draw a line through them
