How would you graph 

-3x=5y   0r  y = (-3/5)x , Pt(0,0)on this line

m = -3/5 therefore (5,-3) on this Line (down 3, over 5)

Plot (x,y) ordered pairs (0,0)& (5,-3)and connect with Line
