You can put this solution on YOUR website! It is in the form y=mx+b. b is the y-intercept and so the point (0,-2) is on the line.
Since the slope is 3, you can plot another point by increasing y by 3 and the x by 1 or the y by 6 and the x by 2. Using the first of these, starting from (0,-2), gives you the next point of (1,1).
Draw a line between these two points.
